Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at tulpy.shop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy for our folding camping chairs.

1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email at support@tulpy.shop.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All prices and shipping costs are in US Dollars (USD).

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-13 business days.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.

3. SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

tulpy.shop ships to addresses within the U.S. Territories. Due to the size of our folding camping chairs, we may have limitations on shipping to P.O. boxes. We recommend providing a physical residential or business address for reliable delivery.

4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. TIME ZONE & CUT-OFF TIMES

Our order processing and shipping schedule is based on Eastern Standard Time (EST).

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the following business day. Please ensure you factor in the correct time zone when tracking your expected delivery date.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

tulpy.shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. DAMAGES

tulpy.shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
